Aphids: Apply horticultural spray oil as a dormant treatment. Management Hints: Select and apply horticultural spray oil according to label directions. Crawler sprays are effective when made from late June through July. Repeat applications may be necessary due to an extensive egg-laying period. One generation occurs each year. (p. 388)
